Steve was great in getting me a last minute rental. They were closing and he started the process over the phone as I was on my way there. Once I got there he was quick to meet me outside and grab me the car. It was the smoothest and fastest transaction I've ever had. I was off in the rental within minutes. I truly appreciated him waiting for me. He could have said no and closed up shop. Life saver!
Reserved here once and it was fine. Great staff and got a car that was nice to drive. My second time reserving I dealt with Erica. The car I reserved wasn't available and she wouldn't give me a different car because I needed a credit card and couldn't use my debit card. She then told me I could come back the next day and exchange it. So I did comeback the next day and what a surprise I suddenly could not exchange the vehicle she gave me the day before. They also didn't give me any sort of a discount for inconveniencing me, so then I decided to call a different location. The gentleman there explained that lots of locations were in a tough position when it came to having cars due to labor day and called a few locations to see if they had any cars. He told me he would call me once he got a full size return. I don't know if he's actually going to call me back or if he even put in the effort to call locations but either way at least he tried to be accommodating.
The Raynham Location The gentleman I talked to this morning was very nice very polite took the time to explain everything with me show me everything on the vehicle all right all the way around is great
The customer service was prompt and extremely thorough. Given the recent COVID restrictions, the rental transaction was well orchestrated while adhering to the recommended practices. I have rented at this location on 3 different occasions and would rent again without hesitation.
