NEVER USE THIS PLACE!!!!! They never picked me up from Body shop as was discussed. The car was filthy and then my deposit was charged 3.60 which isn't a big amount of money but with the service I got they don't deserve a wooden nickel. Called the Danville store and was told she don't know why I was charged. Said she would call back I'm betting I end up calling them back. I have always used Enterprise but I will never use them again. If your reading this use Hertz in Champaign the will drop the car at the body shop . Wont let me post with 0 stars

I called enterprise and made arrangements for a rental car I get off work early and go straight to enterprise and they pop $300 deposit on me without my knowledge. They told me to bring a credit card and driver's license and make sure I had the $97. And some change for the rental car. They lied to me and I will never forget what they did. They are not worth my renting a car from them ever again. They lost my business.

My appt was set for a Thursday after I dropped my vehicle at the body shop, but when I got there they had no SUV’s which is what I had reserved & confirmed. They also had set my appt for the following day instead of the day I dropped my car off. But yet when I tried to get the SUV the following day which would have been my appt time they still didn’t have anything, so I was going to get screwed either way. The only option I was given was a small mid size car & the seats are so disgusting that I will not be allowing my child to ride in the back unless I cover it with a towel. The cherry on top???............I clocked into work late this morning due to the clock in the car being completely off. The one good thing I will say is that the 2 employees I spoke & dealt with have been courteous & tried their best to accommodate me after someone else made mistakes, but unfortunately that has not made up for my experience.

Customer service was horrible. We had an SUV on reservation days before our trip at the Champaign location. When we showed up, they had NO vehicles in their lot. Called Danville real quick to see their inventory and was able to put one one reverse while we rushed over to get there. Had the SUV in our name and got the confirmation email. Everything was set to go. Showed up to the Danville location and they employees were too busy talking to each. I don’t mind waiting a couple minutes because some people have to finish the task they were working on before moving on. Totally understandable. But then we were waiting over 10 minutes! When we finally got their attention and went to sign the contract, they double charged us and took out over $1800. When I called back to speak with the employee and supervisor they placed the blame on us and didn’t help. Just kept saying the money will be return and said “It’s your fault, you couldn’t decide on a vehicle” when it’s Champaign and their fault to begin with! Horrible customer service and very unprofessional!

Do not get a car from this place all they want to do is play around. I went to rent a car in Champaign Illinois on Sunday and after I got it all done they did not have a car. So they change it to Danville Illinois for Monday. I called to get a ride because I had to have my truck in the shop Sunday night. They said that they don't give rides anymore. So I guess now we can get them for false Advertisement . But after I get there well well I don't have a Reservation. So because I was from Indiana they would not let me use my debt card. But they said that they did not have a car for me eather. But anyway I told them that I could take a dirty car because I need one. I walked out with out a car because they would not work with me!!
