Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Overall it was a good experience. This was a insurance coverage rental. Service was very friendly, helpful and timely. We were scheduled to pick up a mid size car, however due to lack of availability we were given a crossover as an option. There was one issues I was not satisfied with.nnWe were given the choice of 3 vehicles to pick from. After picking one, we inspected the car everything was fine and we completed the paperwork. However once I got in and tried to adjust the side view mirrors, I found that the mechanism for adjusting the mirror was malfunctioning. I was not able to adjust them fully. I went back in and informed the agent. He came out and tried it and also found that it was not working properly. He said he would notate it on the contract and I would have to manually adjust the mirrors.nnI asked about switching to one of the other vehicles they had offered and he did not give me that option. To me this could have potentially been a safety issue while driving and they should have switched vehicles. Fortunately I did not have an issues while I had the vehicle.

If I could give them zero stars I would. This was an insurance claim as I was rear ended and drove an hour to closest office only to find out I was blacklisted with ZERO explanation. This was on a Friday and I was to leave Sunday to take my daughter to the Mayo Clinic. ZERO STARS!!!!

Came down to the store on Gordon Drive in Sioux City to get a couple of receipts I walk in the door and there’s about 10 people waiting there’s one worker behind the counter working and he’s just chitchatting with one lady about nothing. everybody was restless and irritated so I decided to leave because I have things I have to do poor service quality
