Our suv was filthy!! You could see fingerprints everywhere. It’s awful renting a automobile during COVID and it being unclean. Windshield washer was not full. We had to stop and buy Clorox wipes and wipe everything down. I was very disappointed and will not rent from enterprise again.
I had trouble with my rental car, but I feel like they did everything in their power to make it right, so I'm giving them 5 stars. Good customer service goes a long way in my book. We were overall satisfied.nnEdit: I recently rented another car from Enterprise, and had a great experience again. Thank you Mike and Tyler for your great customer service.
