This place is awesome! A deer hit my car on the way to work one morning, I sent my car to the dealership and got a rental. They were great in getting me a car, making sure I was satisfied, and making sure I understood the rental agreement before they sent me on my way. They even let me leave my rental at the dealership when my car was ready. I recommend Enterprise.nnThe person I had was named Ty.

I missed a call from a gentleman at 7:24 AM, mind you I wrecked my car last night. I called back in the young lady that answered seemed busy, I explain to her someone had left a message but did not leave a name. After a little back-and-forth, and me expressing that business hours normally start at 8 AM, she let me know that I could cancel my reservation. I told her I didn’t want to cancel my reservation I wanted to speak to the gentleman that so desperately need to speak to me at 7:24 AM, after a long back-and-forth, Ty gets on the telephone with me it goes from bad to worse very quickly in which he lets me know that I can get my car elsewhere. It is no problem to me and my insurance is paying for the rental, but I am so disheartened that someone would treat someone that way. If it was So important to call at 7:24 AM, then you would think they would have the courtesy to let you know what they needed. So I’ll gladly drive down the road to the next enterprise and pick up my vehicle whether he thinks he canceled my reservation or not, I was never told I needed to go to Huntsville to pick up the car anyways! I feel like they put money over customer service.

They didn't have the type of car I requested but they gave a free upgrade. However I wanted good MPG not a gas hog. The check-in was slow 40min+. They seemed understaffed or not organised. Two of their customers just walked away not wanting to wait any longer. Note: Due to COVID19 all transactions are done outside, customers are not allowed inside. The 2 customers that walked away were elderly and were gruffly told not to go inside. I felt sorry for them, I'm sure that they were tired and cold. The check-in was fast and smooth no hassle, quick billing, even helped me find a missing sunglasses. The car ran great, drank a lot of gas but performed perfectly.

Unfortunately, Enterprise did not have the vehicle that I had reserved more than a week in advance and the only notification I received was the morning of pick up. Fortunately, the rep, (Rob?) was very courteous and helpful and if it weren't for the wrong vehicle type I would have rated it a 5.
