It’s a hit or miss with this place, I have had some great experiences that were smooth and peaceful and others (like today) that made me want to pull my brains out! Customer service is everything for me. & today I experienced some of the worst customer service EVER! I only gave it 2 stars for the few times that were pleasant, but if they keep the old man at the counter who has no patience and is VERY rude. They might as well kiss their business goodbye!

The car was clean and drove great it felt like it was mines and that's the way I treated it,see you all in June comming back from ga again.

Extremely rude counter person. Could not or would not answer questions regarding the rental . Interrupted my wife and I while we were discussing whether to decline insurance; extreme pressure to change the selection from the on-line reservation. Refused to answer questions regarding EZ pass, and told us the vehicle could not have EZ pass enabled ar that locación (not true according to calls to Avis 800 number). Additionally, vehicle was filthy and tire pressure had not been checked. Avis has been my preferred agency for many years, but after this experience, l certainly will be exhausting all options before exposing myself to Avis at GSP again. Please see and heed other comments regarding combative and hostile attitudes of customer representatives at this locación.
