Got to pick up location and no car available after They had already took the money out of my account. Then had to argue to get my money back. Horrible place and rude employees
Great service! handled everything properly and in a timely manner.
I wish I could give 0 stars. I prepaid for my reservation online, and I (along with 5-6 others) showed up at the specified time and there were 0 vehicles available. Noone was able to get a vehicle for their reservation. After telling me cars were available at the Greenville location, Customer service transferred my reservation. There weren't any vehicles available at all. So now I'm having to wait 3-5 business days to receive my refund. I would never recommend Budget to anyone!
Had no problems getting next day reservation. Friendly staff.
