Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I scheduled my rental online and my vehicle was ready for pickup with no hassle. I had a special request while out of town with the rental and Enterprise worked it out for me without hesitation. I would suggest Enterprise Rental as the place to go first.

I wasn’t able to rent a vehicle from them because they never actually have a live individual available. I’ve spent hours on hold with questions and using the website there’s zero availability except for Airport branches. Yes, even those won’t answer the phone locally.nVery poor communication and customer service. I guess they’ve got all employees “cleaning” the non rented vehicles because Covid has devastated so many.

Great service at a great price, when my truck broke down and was in the shop for a few days I called Enterprise and explained my situation and just needed something cheap for a couple of days. That being said they rented me a Nissan pickup at same price as a sub compact so I could carry some needed tools. Thanks Enterprise.

Went to pick up reserved vehicle. Waited one and a half hours. They had to go to a vehicle storage area at a local body shop to get a suitable suv. Downgraded a class but charged the same for what I reserved. Brought back 11 days later with more gas than what it had when I picked it up. Wasn’t compensated in any way for the fuel. Vehicle stunk of heavy chemicals when I got it. Smell gave my wife a headache during our trip. Come on enterprise....

I felt that was taken advantage of as an older person being directed to a more expensive car than necessary and being pushed to take collision insurance I didn’t need resulting in a substantial out of pocket bill, even though I had rental car coverage from an insurance claim. Very disappointed.
