Thrifty

BEWARE!!!! I arrived with a reservation for a managers special. Because I had to wait the lady said she upgraded us. We ended up with a dodge charger hemi. When I returned the gas guzzling vehicle on full, they charged me for a gallon of gas, because that is what it took to drive from the gas station to airport. I called several times to ask about this. VERY RUDE!!!!!

A relaxed atmosphere. I'll put it like this. If you are short a document they are more likely to look the other way down south then up north ud83dudc4cud83dude09

Poor service. Bad company. Cheap prices but not worth giving them your money. They will find a way to charge you more.

They don't deserve one star!!!!!!!nnWorst Service I have ever received in my life. After placing a major credit card of file. Jennifer called threatening me, saying that the police have been dispatched to stop my rental car because she has now reported it as stolen. Asking her how, and EVEN THOUGH MY CARD IS BEING CHAGED DAILY. Jennifer then hung up in my face. I must also mention that the rude call came the morning I was returning the vehicle anyway. Once I actually got into the facility to return the car (its now 9am, hints how early she called threatening me). Jennifer then said she would not provide me with corporate information or my receipt. Once I finally got my receipt. I seen I was charged an excessive amount. An additional $450+ was added for what is listed as a tow charge. The car was brought back to the location by myself not a tow truck and I was also charged upgrade fees and gas. knowing that I filled the tank prior to returning. Latrice is another staff member she is from Charleston has dreads and will lie to you directly in your face. Please be sure to record all conversation or interactions with any staff members.nnBecause sadly they are privately owned and Hertz/Thrifty/Dollar corporate will not do anything about customer feedback. My advice is to file fraud through your bank and to get with a lawyer. Also Tell as many people as you can about such poor customer service. They need to be out of business.nnMy entire experience had me in tears I could not believe it.

Worst car rental ever. I booked online and it stated unlimited miles and they never said anything when I picked up the car nor anything different on my paperwork. I drove to Texas and needed to extend my rental for 2 extra days I called them and the manager was extremely rude and told me I couldn’t extend and I need to have the car back on the return date. When I got back they charged me an extra $1200 for mileage because it wasn’t “unlimited.”
