Dollar Car Rental

Needed a car at the last minute-- Enterprise had let my car go (!!) due to late arrival, and other agencies were out of cars!nAgent was most helpful, was funny and unfailingly polite. Even remembered me at return 5 days later .nGreat service , and Jeep was almost brand new.nThumbs up !!

The attention at the counter was very good. It only took a few minutes and the lady explained well all details. The vehicle upgrade given was great. Since it was raining and very cold, just took a quick look at the outside as the lady explained. Once on the road, is when I noticed that the vehicle had not been properly cleaned inside. The windshield had footprints and marks that were really distracting at night. Gave only three stars because of it since once noticed that details, decided to pull off at the first store and purchased cleaning solutions to sanitize it.

I had a great rate online. Nice timing, nice car, nice people, nice location. $39 a day? Can’t bit that, I was few hours late returning the car, but I called in advanced to let them know. 5 hours late and I was charged $98. That was ridiculously expensive. Like 2 days extra charge. That killed the whole trip savings experience. That was not a fee, it was punishment.

I was very pleased with the customer service at the Airport when I received the vehicle and when I returned it. Both ladies were very kind and helpful. Vehicle was very clean and really nice for my trip!

Omggg came in here last minute trying to get to the beach for my birthday weekend . They are awesome! The gentleman that helped me saw I was in a rush and anxious ...he ran my info gave me a great price for 3 days and said Happy Birthday and your rental is a 2021 Black Jeep!!! Omg it was beautiful and I had a ball!!!! I would definitely go back again! Actually I am in about two more weeks ! So yes go here !!!! I wish I remembered his name so he could get a raise!!
