Great location too rent had the right car for me an excellent customer service wish I knew the guys name who helped me

The worst over all! They have you book online to tell you that they will have cars available at a certain time , then when you call back at the time they say they can’t accommodate you because they have no cars, super unprofessional

Ryan provided excellent customer service this morning. Almost no wait at all. Enterprise has found a way to streamline the rental process while keeping their staff and customers safe.

Sorry, long post.nStay away from the North Attleboro location, have had problems multiple times here. Herts Rent a Car is just 1/8th mile down the road and I never had any issues there.nnThis past week I had an advanced confirmed reservation for a intermediate vehicle for specific pickup time because my own vehicle was scheduled to get repaired. I was dropped off at Enterprise at the reservation pickup time of 12pm to find absolutely no cars available even though there was an advanced reservation. I was told to come back in an hour and a half. Come back? But I’m standing here with no vehicle while mine is in the shop, hence my need for a rental car. I was then told by the attendants that they had tried to call me multiple times to let me know. I pulled out my phone and showed I had no missed calls. Come to find they did not call the contact number used on the actual reservation but called a land line number they had on record from 5 years ago that I no longer use. There was no apology and NO offer to give me a ride home even after I pointed out they did not call the correct number to inform me. I had to walk home after just having abdominal surgery 4 days prior, luckily I live pretty close by. I understand car availability was out of the control of the attendants there but there was no concern what so ever from them either, just another reminder they had tried calling, this after we had already determined they did not use the correct reservation contact info. Called Hertz, they had a car available immediately so I booked it over the phone, then Hertz attendent asked “Do you have a ride down or do you need to be picked up?” See Enterprise, that is called customer service.nnMy Previous rental experience here at North Attleboro location. Again I had an advanced reservation for Full size vehicle made about 1 week in advance, I show up to find they do not have any full size vehicles available for my reservation but guy says I can put you in a brand new convertible Mustang, like he was giving me a great deal. So instead of the car I reserved that seats 5 very comfortably, you want to put me in an uncomfortable 4 seater and this is supposed to excite me? Also it’s a 4 cylinder Mustang and I’m not a young kid that gets excited about Mustangs. I was in a bind then so I reluctantly took the Mustang.nnCalled customer Service this recent time to complain and woman on phone was extreamly nice and took all info, was told the Regional Manager would be calling me to address this and she confirmed my correct contact number. Never got a call from Regional Manager.nnI stayed away from this Enterprise location for a few years and decided to give them another try. I guess I learned my lesson, I’ll stick with the local Hertz right down the road.
