Budget Car Rental

I LOVED the rental we got for our vacation. Now I want one too. Brand new car, and got us from A to B to C to D to A again with no issues. Good gas mileage!

The only good thing with Budget was the person at reception who had thorough knowledge and was helpful. Apart from it, they are most expensive, their insurance is almost double of other car rental companies, their policies are not at all user friendly and they leave you to deal with insurance yourself if not bought from them and ask the charges to be fetched from the renters directly. They will give the vehicles showing fuel meter but while returning will ask you for receipt for filling the fuel if not driven much. The worst car rental company I have ever dealt with.

Easy to select and reserve car online. Fast and simple pickup and dropoff. Car was nice and clean. Ford Fusion Hybrid was terrific. Dropping off at Avis at FLL is problematic, as the little sign at the entrance to the rental deck was off to the side.

I rented a car last weekend at a rate of $278. I thought I'd checked it out until Monday, but it was actually Sunday. The car sat in my driveway all day Sunday afternoon and all day Monday for $206. What kind of craziness is this. I plan to see correction through the CFPB and BBB. No one ever called about the car not being turned in on time. This was a rental due to an accident now roped in to paying.

Mary was very courteous and efficient,was checked out in no time and made sure I understood charges and papers!!! To pick up and return the rental was easier than I expected!! And the rental price was better than all the others!!
