Worst location ever. I have picked up cars at various locations, have executive elite status but this location never honors it. Any other airport, if they dont have an emerald club isle, will give me a decent vehicle. Not this one though. Lot is full but the best they will give me is a Malibu? Really? Or charge me an arm and a leg to upgrade.nWhy is this location stingy? Even spoke to a manager, forgot his name, he was also very rude, just fyi, and was told that i received my upgrade and should be happy with it.nCars are also dirty. Napkins, soda cans and smoke smell.nI know you can do better.

They do not have a real emerald, executive or executive elite area. You are required to go to the counter and the employee chooses a car for you. I had no idea a Jetta was a double upgrade for my immediate/ midsize rental. I was told by the associate to call my company CEO because I was given a Jetta as an executive member. I really don’t get how that makes any sense.

National is so easy for car rentals and have a great inventory! We were put in a brand new Rav-4 and it was perfect for what we needed. Low cost and great service out of Greenville SC!

Quick and easy pick up and drop off. During my visit there seemed to be a bit of confusion on what to do with the keys during after hours drop off. But simply fill out the form you were given at pickup and leave them in the car. Thanks for a great rental experience.

Normally I have a good experience w/ National, but this was the worst experience I have ever had renting a car. The car smelled like smoke and the breaks were shaking. It got so bad I had call for a replacement in another city. The replacement car also smelled like smoke and looked worn down. They were not willing to accommodate for the inconvenience. I expected better and thought customer service would have been more apologetic. Disappointed and not sure about using National at those two locations.
