Over the course of a year, on 5 different occasions, there was no car waiting at the airport when we landed (even though we received a confirmation email for each reservation showing the car would be delivered in time). Another time, the car was delivered but the gas tank was empty. 2 other instances, the branch charged our credit card when we provided a billing # for payment (they did reverse the charge and bill us). The manager works to resolve each issue - but the issues have not stopped.
Customer service with Enterprise customer was great. However the vehicle that I ended up with just was enough room and the 3rd row of the Yukon was very uncomfortable and not similar to a Chevy Tahoe.
Rented an SUV from them in June 2020! The vehicle was wonderful and practically brand new! We returned it and was charged the price agreed upon! I was very satisfied! We returned in September 2020 and rented the same grade and price SUV but what we experienced this time was completely different! The vehicle was not in great shape to start with and smelled and looked terrible! It was missing a large piece of the front driver side bumper! I got the bill today and they had added $142.00 to my bill for vehicle license, tax and a cleaning fee of $75! We returned it cleaner than it was when we got it!!!! I WILL NEVER GO TO ENTERPRISE AGAIN AND MY HUSBAND AND I TRAVEL A LOT!

Don’t rent a car from this location the will get of on people and make u feel like you feel low and u need them
