Exceptional service!nI rent a car about every two months. Relatively recently, I got upset with my regular service because not only did they give me a pick-p truck without stepping bars, their employees also did NOT wear masks.nAs a result, I decided that at this difficult time, I needed to rent a car from the company I thought of as the best in the business and rented my next vehicle from Hertz.nWhat a difference! EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE!nMost polite agents, plus, everybody was wearing facemasks!nShort waiting times (b/c there were two agents, not just one)!nAnd, nobody tried to upsell insurance in a pushy manner!nLoved it!nJosh took exceptional care of me. Thank you!
Hertz is not located at 1 Aviation Ln nor have they ever been. People get dropped off up here all the time looking for them and they have failed to correct their address.
