Sean went literal out of his way for me do to when I got in to gsp airport went to hertz. Had everything to share with them car was ready. Then he tells me my credit score caused a pause. Was not vary happy so I cancelled my insurance deposit. Very stressed I decided to go to enterprise Sean explained all I needed was a return flight which I was not expected to return till I planned on too. So I booked my returned flight told Sean all set and he got me a great van which was exceeding my thoughts. Anyway thank you for your services

Drop off at just before 6 am as planned. Charged an extra hour because they didn’t process and retrieve keys from off hour key drop until 7 hours later. Stars for easy access in and out and terminal proximity.

1st visit: GREAT SERVICE, I WAS IN AND OUT LIKE 10MINS....5 ⭐ufe0fnn5th visit: I was in and out in like 12mins, but the car 2019 Chrysler 300 gray once I got outside the parking garage I noticed it had a lot of bird poop on it on on the passenger side and passenger rear side & it was dirty on the inside as well. Please check your car before leaving...3 ⭐ufe0f

This by far is the worst Enterprise/National I’ve ever rented from. I would never in life recommend this location to anyway especially after noon. I rent from Enterprise all the time and I’ve never experienced anything like it. The location and the workers deserve a 1-10.

Worst location I have ever visited. I use enterprise monthly & this location just completely dropped the ball. Getting ahold of them is nearly impossible, if they state they will call you back, don't beleive them. They didn't have the vehicle class originally reserved, so I was offered a much lower vehicle, once refused, the lady stated I was lucky that this was being fixed & that someone else wouldn't have. Excuse me? You mess up & then tell me I'm lucky it's getting fixed? What happened to regular deposit? Why is it doubled to $400 now? Just not a good experience, very very unhappy. Was using enterprise monthly (look up my name) now I don't know if I EVER want to use them again.n1/5 DO NOT RECOMMEND.
