Hue in the truck rental area was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He answered all my questions and put my mind at ease. Definitely going to do business with him and his team.

I reserved the vehicle for my family vacation. The location on woodruff road. The reservation was made between the hours of 12-12:30, I arrived to the facility at 12:07pm and they were already closed. THANK GOODNESS I arrived right when I did or I wouldn’t have been able to get the vehicle for my family to leave. We arrived back on Monday and I dropped the vehicle off like I normally do( I’ve rented from this specific location 10 plus times) I get my receipt the next morning and they charged me an extra day. Which was unacceptable, I reached out and the manager and employee argued with me about me dropping the vehicle off. I will never rent from this location EVER again

I had a horrible experience with enterprise. I sat for four hours and 11 phone calls. Being routed from one office to another trying to get road side assistance and a car exchange. It was cold and had been snowing. They never tried to resolve the problem of me being stranded in one of their vehicles. I ended up having to rent a different vehicle through a different company and now enterprise is not only trying to make me pay for a vehicle that day stranded for a week but, they are also trying to charge me with a damage fee. I’ve already filed a complaint against them and have yet to hear from corporate.

I have just had thee worst experience with Enterprise. I am a long time renter with the platinum membership. Enterprise has instilled this money hoard policy of closing at noon on Saturdays as to gain extra days of rental. If you rent for 48 hours on Thursday at 3pm you have to have it back before noon of closing if not they will charge you for Saturday and Sunday rental charge while they office is close. Their dropbox I was told by the Manager means nothing. I have a corporate discount and good thing they take concern if the partnerships they have for us are working or not . Trust I plan on registering my concern. I will definitely be trying Hertz and other rental companies from now on.

Employees were very polite and helpful. Vehicle still had some trash in the doors and needed a vacuum. Residue stuck on the windshield appeared to be from stickers so that was annoying. Initially rented for one way, then needed to extend extra days for a funeral. That meant I had to go into the location to extend which was very inconvenient. Given the current situation and that I was dealing with the death of my sister it seems like the process could have been easier. But no sympathy there. Overall it was slightly over priced but worth it. I might consider their service again in the future.
