My first time renting from this location and my service was outstanding. I received the courtesy call the day before to confirm my scheduled pick up and the representative Kendrick was very pleasant and answered all my questions. He told me told me I’d be taken care of. The next day when I arrived I was greeted immediately upon arriving. There was a short wait time as people were arriving but all the other reps along with Kendrick kept touching basis with me to let me know I’d be taken care of as they finished helping others. I was acknowledged a few times by others to ensure I was being helped. I had an offer for a free upgrade to a midsize vehicle and received a Nissan Altima. The car was well equipped and clean despite the slight smoke scent. I was concerned about the tire pressure so they checked it out before putting me on the road. When I returned the car the service level was no different than before. Kendrick told me he had been on the job for only two weeks, yet his level of work was that of someone with much experience. From my observation the team as a whole at this location was amazing and I’d definitely recommend them to others.

My pick up was great and the car was good but the return experience was strongly repulsive. Garrett Vaughn accuse me of a defect on the vehicle that was already pointed out to me when I picked it up. He was very augmentative that I had to walk away from him.

I have been renting here for over 2 yrs and Mike and Tabitha are GREAT HOWEVER.. there is a new policy that I have been trying to speak to someone at corporate office and I have asked location for help and have not gotten any. I tried a different location and all they did was give me the run around with and transferred me without knowing to customer service line that was absolutely NO HELP AT ALL.. After renting here for aver 2 years i am now ready to go to another rental car company just for better customer service.
