I was able to confirm my rental reservation ahead of time. The service agent at this location was professional, courteous and got me on my way in my rental in a time fashion without any issues. The vehicle was clean and had all the amenities I needed for my road trip. I would consider renting from this location again.

I initially reserved a car at the one on Buncombe road... the young lady that called to confirm the rental had an awful attitude... I canceled and reserved here... the young man was so friendly and professional... made it a smooth comfortable transition picking up and dropping off the rental... forgot his name but thanks
