Staff was rude and incompetent. Was there 15 min early to pick up my rental. Didn't get the car until an hour and a half later. Upon return the power was out but was coming back as I was leaving. Staff assured me return would be processed. Never was and I kept getting messages asking me to return vehicle. Called store but they kept immediately placing me on hold and not returning to the call. Ended up taking $300 out of my account for failure to return vehicle.
They charged me $446 for the week but I was able to bring back the car after only one day and they only reimbursed me $44 back and now I will have to try to get my money back!!! If there was a zero rating that’s what they would be! Disgusting ud83eudd2e business!
Young man that waited on me at pickup and drop off was awesome. Nice to see professional service above and beyond.
