Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Good people, good price, great timing we were there not more than 10 minutes easy ck in and go.

I set up a reservation and received no phone call, no email, nothing.... I called them an hour before I was set up, per my confirmation email, to pick up my vehicle and they told me that they couldn't do anything for me till MAYBE the next morning...nnNo call from them whatsoever... I am scheduled to drop my truck of to get repairs and without a vehicle I can't get to work... it would have been nice to have gotten a phone call stating that they couldn't do anything, maybe earlier in the day (or at all since I had to call them) that way I could have made other arrangements...nnVery poor customer service guys... I should have known based on the under 3 star rating on the google website for this specific branch...nnCome on guys!

Enterprise is a kind and wonderful rental company. They are quick and service with a smile. Thank you Enterprise for taking care of us.

Spectacular, got my price cut in half.

Allison was extremely pleasant and helpful. She took the time to do multiple price checks so I could comfortably decide on how many days I wanted the rental. She handled everything in a timely manner but never once made me feel rushed. We got a nice Nissan for 4 days we'll within our budget including insurance through Enterprise. Best part is that if we decide we need the car an extra day all we have to do is call her!
