I received vehicles smelling like smoke with check engine lights and bad tires. Even though I was a loyal clean customer that brought cars back on time, they put me on a dnr list due to a personal life problem . Not their car
They did not explain there rules fully when reserving the vehicle and was rude in person I will never go through or refer them to anyone!!
The price was great but the car stunk like Marijuana i mentioned it to the cleaning guy and he said they all do. I went to clear the windshield of dirt and dead bugs and there was not a single drop of washer fluid in the tank.
