The New Bedford location has no regard for customer satisfaction WHAT SO EVER. They always confirm reservations weather it be via APP or on the phone with a rep and when you go out of your way to make it on time they make you wait 15 mins to tell you the “app messed up” get it together!!!

Charged my daughter more than double of ANY other rental in the area. Cars are good quality & clean, but their supposed to be. Customer service ok. Mercedes prices for stock Ford is reason enough to shop elsewhere.

Just talked to corporate. My active duty military husband is moving and we looked online as a civilian to move and it would charge us a total of $419.95. We then called and asked about military pricing. They decided to charge military about $670+ to rent a car versus a civilian who is paying $420 for the same destination and the same time frame. I’m glad enterprise cares about their veterans and are proud to be Americans who are charging the government so much more than a civilian. It’s really disgusting on this company. Shame on you enterprise who 1) decides military members should pay more for moving families. And 2) charge about 30% more for “military rates” shame on you enterprise I will never do business with this shady company again. Absolutely disgusting...

Very poor customer relations. I would give a zero if I could. I called twice to make sure I would be picked up at home at 3 pm since I had to get my daughter to a doctor’s appointment. At 3:15 I called and was informed they hadn’t left yet and were waiting for confirmation I was home! Had to cancel car to get to appointment.. will look elsewhere!!! Why didn’t someone tell me to call when I got home!!!!REALLY??????
