Enterprise Rent-A-Car

The service was great and the personnel were so helpful! They do need to work on the cleaning of the vehicles inside and out between customers though. Also, in reviewing my bill, I found I was charged for an extra day on time and mileage and an extra day on the insurance coverage. I asked why it was more when returning the vehicle and was told they had to add tax which was not the case. I would suggest you take your original contract when returning the vehicle to make sure you are not being overcharged.

This is for the branch on 240 in OKC. I rented a car the day before I needed it. When I arrived at the office, I was told there weren't any cars. They said they had something bigger I could take. I didn't want it, I'd rented a car for a reason, but I had to have a vehicle, since mine was in the shop. They took me out to a large, very dark garage that had one small light on way on the other side, and I kid you not, told me to inspect the car for damage. I looked up at the dark ceiling, looked at the guy, and he just looked back at me. I had to turn on my phone light and hold it up to the vehicle and scan the car little by little, which was uncomfortable since I have neck and upper back issues. The employee didn't come with me, I'd never had that happen while renting. Even when I told him I found some damage, he stayed on the other side of the car and wouldn't come over, and just said if it was small to not worry about it. Then, he told me it was going to be $10 more a day for this thing I didn't want. Um, no. He also said if I didn't like the vehicle I didn't have to take it, which made me angrier, since he apparently couldn't grasp the fact that I had rented a car in the first place because I NEEDED ONE. So they forced me into this thing and then tried to charge me more for it. I need to impress upon everyone the attitude of these guys... There was never even a half hearted apology, never anything, they made it very clear they didn't care about any of this. Since this was their only car, apparently it's possible that you can go to pick up your car you rented and have nothing there. I have no idea what I would have done. I had no other options, other places didn't have anything at that time. It was all very upsetting.

I had horrible experience at Northwest Expressway location Because of a bad experience with a Manager named Tristan.. I went to I 240 location and Steven made my experience wonderful his staff was so kind and professional they made me the happiest person. My trip was great because of Steven and his wonderful professional team. Thanks again ...

This is my goto rental company since 2011. I had to use Budget at Thanksgiving due to last-minute need and got hit with $376 in hidden costs that I am now disputing. For my peace of mind and Enterprise' excellent and trustworthy services we will never use a competitor again...

I have had 4 rental cars from Enterprise in the last few months (during Covid) because my car was in the shop for repairs, and each time I picked up a car it was filthy. There are all these signs up saying the cars have been cleaned, and sanitized for your safety, but it was clear each time that this was not the case. There was sticky soda in the cup holders, the steering wheel and gear shift were dirty, not to mention the cars had an odor. I would have to clean each car myself before driving it. After reporting this each time I was finally given a car that was detailed.
