Matt was fantastic! He was straight forward and got me into a vehicle that not only fit my budget and family needs but my personality. He took the time to show me all options available. He gave me the pros and the cons of each vehicle. I have not had someone give me the honest downfalls of some vehicles. He was not pushy and my shopping experience was relaxed and pleasant.nnSean was also amazing! Normally finance is the nerve racking part of car buying but Sean made feel at ease and we were able to get to a good deal. He was funny and very pleasant to work. I highly recommend this team of guys for a car buying experience!

My experience with Enrique was great as it was very no pressure. They worked hard to find a vehicle I exactly wanted and to beat the price of the competitors. Finance was very easy and simple and I felt like I was in charge of all my decisions without any rush. I am very happy with my new truck and Enrique goes the extra mile for his people.nnService department edit: while the buying experience may be the start of something good, the service department continues that relationship. I took a longer lunch in normal to get my truck serviced and with just me and 3 others waiting should of been an easy oil change and tire rotation. Well 2 hours later my job waiting for me to return I myself wondered where my truck was. Asked the service desk and it was 10-15 minutes to be done. Finally got the vehicle and raced back to work but wow just wasn't happy overall experience.

I was shopping for a new F-150 online and found the one I was looking for. The pictures, description, and window sticker were all clear and easy to navigate. One quick question brought an almost immediate response from the salesman, Enrique Villagran. He was able to get all of the information he needed, along with my desires and qualifications for discounts that were available. The following morning he presented an excellent offer that was honored when I arrived at the dealership to see and drive the truck. It was a quick, pleasant experience.

We found our vehicle through an online search and as it was newly listed, there were no pictures. Jared responded to my request very quickly with requested photos and video walk-around. Purchasing from out of state can be tricky, but Jared answered our many questions and helped us secure the vehicle before it hit the front line. When we arrived and there were some minor fixable blemishes, Jared immediately took care of them while we completed the paperwork. He ensured we had everything we needed to feel comfortable driving our new-to-us vehicle back home to CA. Thank you Jared!

Bryan in service was very helpful! He answered all my questions and was completely professional. Will definitely refer people here! Customer service was excellent!nUpdate... Since the service guy was so nice and helpful, of course when I went to shop for a new car, I had to see if everyone had the same customer service? I was not disappointed! It all started with another phone call. Sales man G, was so attentive on what I wanted and was not annoyed with my pickyness. Ended the night with Franco, and did not feel like I was signing my life away. We had many laughs and the process was so quick and simple. Reynolds Ford has a customer for life. Would give these guys 10 stars! You guys are awesome, don't change a thing!!
