Sleep Inn & Suites Norman Near University

The entire staff are absolutely amazing!! The housekeeping staff go above and beyond to make sure rooms are extremely clean. We have stayed longer than 1 night and they always give me fresh towels and ask if I need more coffee. Joe the manager always has a smile on his face. Lauryn will and does go above and beyond for guest. She really has made us feel like family. If you want a clean, helpful, friendly place to stay with great customer service then this is the place!!!!!! I wish I could give them 100 stars ⭐ So thankful we have found such a great place to stay while my family transitions from Texas to Oklahoma.

My stay at the Sleep Inn & Suites was amazing! The hotel was well kept and nice. Not to mention, the front desk receptionist really made my stay an exceptional experience. I think her name was Lauryn and she made sure that I had everything I needed and ensured that it was a safe environment. She was super friendly and showed me very good customer service! If I do need to stay somewhere again, it will definitely be at Sleep Inn & Suites because of Lauryn.

I would have to say my stay was absolutely phenomenal. The front desk lady lauryn was extremely helpful with every question I had. And must I add she was super sweet and patient with me. The room was clean and tidy. And the beds were super comfortable I felt like I was home. Big thank you to the staff for being awesome.

It's a nice hotel. However, they tacked on pretty huge hidden fees in our case. Paying in cash made the cost of the room more then double. Even with paying with car they still tacked on an additional $20 that I don't know what was for then 10 more dollars to cover any potential damages to the room. The room was nice though.

My husband and I travel to Norman every 4 to 6 months to visit the Riverwind casino. The Sleep Inn is our go to place. It is within walking distance to the casino and they have a shuttle. Staff is great, rooms are clean and comfy. We have never had a problem until this time. There isn't enough parking. They have enough spaces but not when you get a dodge ram truck with trailer parking sideways and taking up 12 spots. (Not exaggerated, we counted) The staff told us that they ask guests with large trucks and trailers not to do park like that but advice them to park off site. They don't and the hotel doesn't enforce it. We will always stay at this location but just irritating.
