Went to pickup my vehicle at 8:00am like I had originally booked it for, and they told me it wouldn't be ready until 10:00. They then told me I could go get it form their airport location. Turns out getting it from the airport was FOUR HUNDRED DOLLARS more!!!! AND they wouldn't honor the original price I booked it for. Awesome customers service Avis. I Should have known better to only book through Enterprise like I normally do.

Great car + great gas mileage + great people = GREAT VACATION

I have rented with this office for over seven years and most of the time it's a positive experience. This most recent time was very different.nI went to return the vehicle and found that I was being charged an additional $260 for a per milage fee that I have never been charged on previous occasions and was not made aware of when I signed for the vehicle and picked it up. I honestly feel that I was being taken advantage of and frankly intentionally screwed. Assistance from the company or this specific office would be greatly appreciated if they care about customer service. If not I will never rent here again or recommend them to anyone else. We'll see what happens.
