My friend already reserved a moving truck in another town, they did call to let him know that they didn't have any, then that employee helped locate trucks in norman and gave us the address and we were told by someone else while we were on location where there was supposed to be keys and truck for us to go pick up due to arrangements made online and over phone call.... we arrive and end up leaving empty handed... another call was made and we get told this time there are 0 trucks and we were looking at 4 sitting in front of us.
