Nice car rental place. They were quick and efficient in getting me my car. That is all I can really ask for.
Received terrible customer service at this location. Was told upon arriving to pick up my car that they didn’t have the vehicle type I reserved, and paid in advance for, and that they might have one for another three hours. I wasn’t given an apology and was told no other locations in the area have that car available either and that my best bet would be to wait over 3 hours for a car that may, or may not, be returned. When I called corporate customer service I found out that several other locations in the area did have the type of car I needed and they easily updated my reservation. Obviously the staff at this location just didn’t want to help.
Great people, and you do not have to show resendisiy I.D.
Cory, the Avis representative at this location went out of his way to give me the best car rental experience I have ever had. I got just the car I wanted and it worked perfectly. He got me the best deal and even helped look for a lost item. Genuinely kind and very helpful. BRAVO!
Better customer service now. Gave me an up sale for a reasonable price.
