Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Ive tried too get a car here numerous times , twice ive drove all the way too city thinking i was picking up a rental just for some BS they didn't tell me over phone. Nothing like the commercials do not recommend for anyone.

Well the staff is professional just disappointed in their idea of a midsized SUV for a family of 5 with 2 car seats. That's why a 4 star rating.

If I could give negative stars I would. Terrible customer service. They never are ready for you when you make an appointment. You have to make a specific time to come and then wait an hour or more when you get there. Use another company. Enterprise is awful. If my insurance would let me use someone else I would. I never use Enterprise when I personally rent a car.

Employee I worked with was pleasant enough but they have a sign posted at the front door requiring masks, which is great, but then they don't even require the employees to wear them, which is not great.

Kind and efficient work for a bad situation! My car was backed into after a routine tire alignment. After we realized there was so much more damage than anticipated, a rental was much needed!
