Went in today (April 2nd) from OKC and the building was completely empty of customers. They said I had to make an appointment to get my license renewed. Yet, no one seemed to have an appointment at that time. At least the agencies in OKC are busy with people who are getting license renewals when they say it'll be months before they can get you in. Go to Hennessy instead. Its worth the drive because they actually take care of you if you're getting a regular license renewal. No appointment needed.
