Most of the staff is amazing. The older ladies that work there definitely make you feel comfortable and at home. I recommend Melissa and Shirley for nurses 100% most helpful women there.

The nursing staff were wonderful and I felt I received excellent care. My room was kept clean and nursing administrator would visit briefly to see if I was satisfied with my care. The nutritionist was wonderful. The hospitalist assured me she would do a consult with my orthopedic surgeon in Plano, TX with the findings of my CT scan and MRI of my ankle. This never happened. Now I have to do all the foot work of getting information to my Plano doctor to see if I will need surgery to prevent reoccurring infections from screws placed in my ankle from a previous surgery. That is why I am only giving three stars for this hospital.

Paid up front to not use insurance (at the recommendation of the doctor at Alliance Health) just so we didn’t have to try and schedule a quick test elsewhere. I received a bill from Alliance in which they billed my insurance anyway and show I still owe.nHopefully quickly resolved and will be sure to let my insurance to send bill back to Alliance because it was overpaid, but I would highly recommend traveling somewhere else if able. (TMC is a very short drive out and won’t overcharge you ridiculously like Alliance Health Durant)

Made a trip to the AllianceHealth ER on a holiday weekend. Registration was easy and I didn’t have to wait. Nursing staff was amazing and professional. The physician was able to see me and get out of there in no time so I could enjoy the rest of the weekend. Would definitely recommend AllianceHealth if you need their services.
