Price is good but it end up costing me more because someone took my beats headphones, they only had one person working there and it took almost an hour for me to get into a vehicle

Dropped off the car the day it was due to be dropped off. The people at the dealership said the guys left at 3pm. We wanted to change our card the rental was on. Called the phone number. No on answered. This am our credit card was charged again because he was not there o check our car in. Have been calling since 8am, no one is answering. This is horrible customer service. If he is one man show, then he needs help.

Can't even pick up the phone.
