Better to reserve online if you can. They get booked up really quick. Most of the locations I have rented from staff is friendly. I like that they have 24 hr rental just don't like 200 deposit for 24 hour rental should be a little cheaper. But, hey that's company policy. Other than that. No complaints. Other companies run your credit which is ridiculous.

Service at the Hillsborough Street location has been great. They picked me up at the body shop I was working with and easy quick turnaround time to get into my rental. My only complaint is the smoke smell and I don’t mean cigarettes. This car is foul with weed smell, it’s offensive. My son is 10 and when I picked him up in this car, his first question was who has been smoking in this car? Again, the service has been great and courteous staff, but why they would rent a car that smells like this I don’t understand. I would charge the hell out of any customer who retuned a car smelling like this and I definitely wouldn’t rent this car to another customer until it was cleaned right.

Awesome staff! Vehicle was perfect, just what we needed. With the full insurance and everything I felt it was a little high priced @ $779 for 1 week. I will probably look for a better deal maybe with a different company in the future due to the cost, but overall a great experience!
