Drove my mom to pick up her reserved rental car this morning. Upon arriving at Enterprise found doors locked and lights off. Called and was informed staff were currently locating cars and could drop on off at location of her choice and would call within 30 mins. An hour later they call and inform her they are outside and that she will have to drive employee back to Enterprise. This is the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard not even including the fact that we are in the middle of a pandemic. When my mom called customer service they told her they could offer her a 5 percent discount for driving the employee back. She refused and had to locate another rental car. I would avoid Enterprise at all costs after this experience.
This place is great. I reserved a car to pick up in 30 minutes when my reservation elsewhere fell through. Within 5 minutes of making the reservation, Eric called to let me know that they were driving the car from a different location to have it ready for me since at that moment did not have the model I reserved. I really appreciate him going out of his way to do that. The car was on time, clean and in great shape. I had issues at different locations but never at this one, I'll always be coming back!
I have a business in Cary there’s times I need extra vehicles and this Enterprise location & Derrick is top notch. Super helpful & great customer service! Highly recommend this location..Thanks again Derrick !
