Enterprise Rent-A-Car

(1) Two days after renting the car and driving it out of state, the engine of Dodge Charger would start intermittently. Often, I have to wait for about 10 minutes and it would start. When I returned the car and complained, the agent said it was probably low battery in the FOB. She didn't offer any recourse. (2) When I picked up the car, the tank was 75% full. Before I return the car, I filled the tank to the same level in a gas station less than 0.1 mile from the rental office. They checked the car including the gas gauge. I got the receipt. Surprisingly, I received another charge just under $2 on my credit car from Enterprise hours afterward. I think this is a trick by the rental agency. Rental agreement 191323, REF 13DY8.

It was such a nice car to rent. The agent had me checked in and in my vehicle in 15 mins. I would definitely rent from enterprise again.

Great place to rent a car! Always has a diverse group of vehicles. Staff are amazing especially Ashley and Serena they were extremely professional and went out of their way to answer all my questions. Would recommend this place as your go to rental.

I am only doing this review here because you continue to send emails asking for feedback. When I have reached out via your internal options, I have received no feedback. I rented a van a month in advance, the day of my rental, I was called and told that the van wouldn't be ready until two hours after my scheduled pickup time. I told them that was fine, and because I needed to rearrange my transportation, I told them I would be there closer to 4pm. I arrived at the Garner location for them to tell me that they didn't have a van for me, but I could take a 12 passenger van instead for no increase in price. Um, no...that's not what I requested a month ago. Twenty minutes later, the lady came back outside and told me that I could go to another location 20 minutes away to get a van that was ready for me. I went to this location and still had to wait at least 45 minutes for a van to be cleaned and ready to go. Poor communication and customer service, and I was promised follow up from the local store, and I haven't heard anything back at all. Just know that your advanced rental means absolutely nothing at all, even after they call you and tell you that you have to confirm the rental...they may or may not actually have what you requested.
