Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Amber and her staff are top notch. My car had broken down and I anticipated having it fixed by the weekend, but things didn't work out. I turned the vehicle in because I didn't think there was any way to keep it any longer, but Amber came to the rescue... Last minute at that... Very helpful and pleasant..... What she didn't know was that my wife was/is in the hospital with cancer and I wasn't sure how I was going to get back up to see her...nnBut Amber made it happen and didn't even realize how big of a difference she made.... And I will always be an Enterprise customer going forward because of her and Chris down at the Oxford office where I originally rented the vehicle.nnNot only that, I will (and already have) recommend them to all my family and friends...nnThe car was in immaculate condition, ran fine, price was great, and again, the staff was professional and friendly..nnYou can't ask for better than that.....

Good customer service, nice vehicle. However, I'm very sensitive to smoke. After driving a few minutes I started getting sick from the smell of cigarettes and weed. I had to ride with the windows down. I informed them of the strong odor before I returned the vehicle. Thankfully, they did not bill me for the previous customer's wrongdoing. I don't blame them for others breaking the rules. However, I deducted one star because it made me question how thorough the vehicle was cleaned. I have to use them again, so hopefully the previous customer respects the rules this time.

This Enterprise has the friendliest people. The service is always fast and easy. They make pick up and drop off a breeze. I use them often and would recommend them to anyone.

While the customer service was very nice and the only reason they got an extra star, I'm very dissatisfied with the thoroughness of pre-rental inspection. My car was totalled in an accident, so my insurance company rented a dodge grand caravan from this location as my replacement.nnDuring the pre-rental inspection, a dent in the cars roof was missed. Three of us witnessed the inspection, all women, shorter than the vehicle itself: the representative, my friend, and I. We would have required a ladder to see the roof of the car.nnThe representative at the return location called and informed me about the dent; to my shock, he also stated a claim would be filed onto my insurance! THREE WEEKS AFTER TOTALLING MY CAR! Luckily the body shop fixed it quickly and for free, so no claim was filed.nnHowever, I'm VERY upset that this location missed the dent to begin with, and Enterprise tried to place blame on me, who was already suffering injuries and insurance headaches.nnLong story short, bring a ladder if you're renting a car that's taller than you. And make darn sure you check the roof of the car before leaving!
