I would give it no stars if possible. We’re all grown here so there at least should be respect but nope, and the guy on the phone speaks to you like your slow.. Hands down the most unprofessional person EVER

When I initially called, the person who answered the phone was seemingly rude. They were not giving me much information as far as rates & availability go. I felt like I had to peel layers and layers in order to get somewhere and even then he was just so rude. I’ve never rented here before however, it all starts with customer service & making prospects or customers feel comfortable rather than giving them such a hard time.

Rented a car for 5 days, David was very helpful but after returning the car the lady at the front desk was very ruled and unprofessional. After all this is a great place to rent from as long as you're talking to David and not his helper. As long as she works there I will never rent a car from here again.

This place has awesome customer service. The people here are super friendly and answer any and all questions that you have. The car I rented is very clean and drives great! I will definitely go to them again if I ever need another rental.

I can here with my boyfriend and the man at the front point at him and told him he wasn’t old enough to rent a car and when asked his age he WAS old enough and his insurance was good. We did not rent the car because the customer service sucks. What a way to lose money.
