Mia lee went above and beyond making sure I was taken care of and satisfied with my rental. She even took time to follow up on a reservation and made sure I got into a vehicle when it was slim chance of getting one anywhere. She was very professional and shows passion for her career.

Great customer service. Looked out for the customer. By far the easiest enterprise experience I've had.

Didn't have what I reserved. I paid for a full size SUV and they said it didn't show up. Had to settle for a mid size SUV. I really needed a full size for the gear I was hauling.

Made a reservation two weeks ago, it was confirmed. An hour before pickup time, I get a call telling me they didn't have anything available. Travel plans ruined. This is unacceptable and incompetent. I couldn't in good conscience recommend this place. It's all in the title: reservation, as in: to reserve, to set aside for you.

You have no other choice on base so get ready to wait 45 minutes for your reservation. If you don’t have a reservation don’t bother because they won’t have a car available for you.
