I usually have a positive renting experience with Enterprise. Intelligent, polite workers. However, this last time I was given a car with a tobacco smell. She cleaned it and I hoped the smell would dissipate over my 4 rental days. It does not and it did not. I'm sure she realized it would not change that much. Also, I overheard that if you do not take Enterprise collision insurance and have an accident, Enterprise also charges you rental for all the repair days. Interesting, the collision insurance is the easiest to have covered by one's credit card. Seems cheap on Enterprise's part, to me. One hopes the number of repair days is fair.

Once again, I am happy that I chose Enterprise for my car rental needs. Although I am a AAA member and can receive a discounted price with Hertz, I will always pay the extra money for the professionalism of Enterprise. I feel more secure in their vehicles. The contactless service was quick and easy and the car was clean and immaculate.

Took 40 minutes from the scheduled time to pick me up from the shop. Car was not cleaned. Given no options of cars and a little less then half a tank. Prices and costs were not fully spoken about, it was very rushed. The guy that answered the phone did not hide the fact he was annoyed at me for even calling him and asking him questions. I gave them 1 extra star for the kid that picked me up since he was kind and professional.nNot doing business here again or recommending it.

The staff person I had helping me was very kind and knowledgeable and Didn’t push me out the door like a lot of places do like they don’t want to be bothered.

Made my reservation WEEKS in advance but when I went to pick it up they wouldn't accept my bankcard. He said no bankcards, credit cards only. He was extremely rude, said what he said as he turned his back and walked away from me. I went down the street to Hertz and drove out with one of their cars in less than 15 minutes. HERTZ I recommend!!!!
