Arrived to this location to get my rental prior to time reserved at 10am and was told I needed a credit card which I wasn’t previously told by third party company. Got there at 9:45 am and was told they didn’t even have the car I requested anyway and they “were just about to call me!” Are you kidding me?! 15 minutes before my reservation you were “just about to call me!!!” Long story short, went across the street to enterprise, had to pay a few dollars more but service was excellent, they took care of me with several discounts and I was in/out in 30 minutes!!!! I don’t recommend this company.

Staff was very helpful with leading us in a better direction even after they weren't able to help us!

Great Customer Services Agents poor inventory. Call before you go.

Great service. Though I was told I didnt need a credit card on the site I needed one when I picked up my rental.
