Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Kim was extremely helping in getting us into a rental. Even though they were fully rented out she went out of her way to call contacting different branches and got us set up. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to rent a car!

I gave this review 3 stars because of the associate that helped me with my rental was very professional. The 2020 Nissan Armada that I received on the other hand, was dirty and i found it hard to believe that it was sanitized. I don't have any pictures to back up my statements, but I wouldn't lie about a vehicle being dirty. The center console had a sticky substance that could have possibly been spilled soda. I found food crumbs all over and mud everywhere as well. I took the vehicle home because the other option was a tiny Chevy Equinox, which would have been difficult to fit my family in plus luggage.nnI cleaned the vehicle as soon as I got home before I loaded my family and luggage. I even washed it because it was that dirty. I can see the difference between Enterprise and National vehicles. I've been a long time National Executive Elite member and every vehicle I received from National was immaculate. Enterprise on the other hand has very low cleanliness standards and they even have a cleaning staff lol. I guess it comes down to you get what you pay for.

My husband bought a car from here 4 years ago and it was great. I went here last week and I was glad someone was honest with me that they raised there prices because people got stimulus money. But because of this, I couldn't get the car I wanted.

Highly Recommended... Great Customer Service... Most importantly, while returning my rental, I witnessed an employee (Named Kimberly, I believe), handle customer’s returning vehicles (on a Monday morning) and handle the phone ringing off the hook, while Not once changing her demeanor to the customers (myself included), or the callers on the phone... Anyone on the other end of the phone would have never sensed any frustration on behalf of this employee... Her multi-tasking skills were on point, was highly professional, steady, and efficient.... This just stood out to me, so thought I would highlight this... Very refreshing to see as a consumer.

The best customer service I've ever received at a car dealership. Top of the line customer service. Great place! I highly recommend them!
