I was renting through my company and they reserved it at this location not realizing I had picked it up from the Fayetteville airport, when I called to get this figured out, i was told they would be able to transfer it over. When i got to the airport that had not been done so i called the Camden location, after a 10 minute wait i was put on hold and then hung up on. I then called THREE times and each time wait time was up to 15 minutes before the machine told me no one could help. I called one last time and when they picked up their excuse for having hung up on me was because other customers had walked in.

The Jeep Compass was the worst! It smelled horrible and was dirty. Being that I was pushed for time I took it I thought air fresheners would do the trick...wrong. The gas mileage was not good at all. Wasted points. Overall was disappointed. Giving a three only because of customer service was good.

Everything was good. Very courteous staff. Only issue is that I got charged for .40 cents worth of gas and I filled up till the gas ran out and drove about a half mile, maybe, to turn car in. Else wise all was good.
