Thank goodness for Thrifty. At the last minute my kids told me how much stuff they were bringing home for Christmas break so I needed a truck and fast. Thrifty was the only car rental that had a full size truck at a very reasonable price for one day use. The truck was very nice and good on gas. I will be back to rent from you again when I have to take them back in January.

I would definitely recommend renting from dollar rental and thrifty. The customer service is amazing call and give him my situation they were very understanding and I really do appreciate it we need more businesses like this in Fayetteville North Carolina.

If you know what's good for you don't even look in the direction of the Fayetteville, NC Thrifty Car Rental. Not only are the people rude and unhelpful they rob you for every penny they think they can get. Four day after I dropped off the vehicle they decided to charge me $55 because they say it was short 4.5 gallons of gas. Trust me they will nickel and dime you to death. Good luck if you decided to take a chance. I will NEVER and I mean NEVER rent from this company again. Not in Fayetteville or any other place in this country. And I do a ton of traveling.

Consistently inconsistent. There is usually a reason a person requests a certain car size but they never seem to have what you ask for. Free upgrades don't matter when you don't want a truck or SUV or need one. I would prefer a cancellation to wasting my time and effort to make arrangements to get to the facility to not only have what you asked for not to be available. A good price doesn't matter if it's not what you want.
