Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I rented a vehicle for a couple of days to have repairs done on my personal vehicle. Staff at Enterprise were very friendly and helpful. Process was quick and painless. Received an upgrade on my requested vehicle, very nice! Return was just as easy. When I require a rental vehicle for travel or other needs, I have always been satisfied with Enterprise. The whole process from beginning to end is well managed. Agents are consistently friendly which is a pleasure when traveling.

The car drove well. THAT is the only part I enjoyed. The stench of the car caused me a headache. When I got in the car I told the young lady. She'd walked off. I had to buy air fresheners and wear my mask to ride in it. Half way to my destination. I called to complain again. They did try to get me a replacement at my destination the next day. Of course, they didn't have one. Who could blame them? So, I bought MORE air fresheners . This did FINALLY help SOME!!!. I left a note taped to the keys in the return box explaining everything. Next time I will refuse to take the car! The only good thing was the performance of the car.

Every time I come here, it's quick, fast, and easy. The staff is always friendly and easy to work with. Returning the car is always pleasant without hiccups.

Enterprise was a convenient place to rent a car. Great customer service. Good prices.
