Enterprise Rent-A-Car

We always have a good experience when we rent a car from Enterprise. The staff are super friendly. The car was very nice, clean and comfortable. The service was speedy, no waiting. We appreciate the pick up service. It's fun to chat with the staff and learn about the area, restaurant recommendations, etc! Andrew gave me a ride back to the marina and we had a nice chat. Trevor wanted to make sure we'd had a good experience and if there was anything he could do to make our rental better! No, it was great! I highly recommend Oak Island/Southport Enterprise!

I made a reservation with Enterprise through an insurance claim. When I booked the appointment, the rep told me the earliest he had was Wednesday morning. I told him that was fine and that I would be there Wednesday morning. I arrived at 11am and I was told that I didn’t arrive at 8am, so they no longer have a vehicle for me to take because there is currently a shortage in the area. I never claimed I would be there at 8am. I asked what time they opened in the morning because I had to find a ride there due to my vehicle being fixed.nnI am floored at the horrible customer service and that they would just rent the vehicle out to someone else when I had a reservation through an insurance claim without calling me to clarify first.

Enterprise is a family owned business and it shows. I have rented several vehicles here and the check in and out times are fast. Plus they are all digital with finger signing iPads outside and in that email your receipt. They work well with insurance companies and tell you up front if there are any charges beyond what your insurance will pay. I will definitely use them again.

Excellent service from our local Enterprise. Picked me up, choice of cars and quick paperwork. Also they were Covid-19 safe. Thanks for the great service.

Emoloyees were prompt and on time. They arrived at 8 am and I was away with my car at 8:05. My reservation was for 9am but they were ready.nCar was very clean and ready to go. Overall a great experience.
