What was once a solid, good company is now one of the worst. Reservation for car to be at smallish airport where no rental office, called national number multiple times to confirm. You guessed it. No car. Local car rental office not even answering phone. To be fair, office had a car for us once we got there, and it was reasonable. But so poorly run. Shame. Likely never again. Travelling in pandemic-land stressful enough for those at risk.

Um so we had an appointment at 10 and there was no workers and there was like 15 other wait with us so yea there not very good at there jobs ud83dude20ud83dude20

Fast and friendly. Good experience picking up and dropping off.

I have rented here for years. New guy doesn't care about gold rewards members. He is rude & now has over charged me for last 2 rentals. Watch ur contracts.

I went to rent a car this past Sunday from this location. They confirmed with me that they would have a full-size car by email confirmation, after I placed my reservation.nnWhen I arrived they did not have any full-size sedan. They offered me an SUV however I was not comfortable driving the SUV because I needed to park in small spaces throughout my 1000 mile trip.nnI asked if he had something smaller that was a sedan and he said that they had a Sentra (midsize).nnI brought the car back and I was informed that I was charged for the full price of my original reservation for a full-size sedan. I asked the gentleman that checked me in initially why he didn’t edit the price to reflect the car that I was driving (a midsize that is cheaper)nnHis response was “because you didn’t want the upgrade we charged you the full price regardless”. The price difference was $50-$100 between the cars for the week, yet he offered me a $15 refund.nnThere were two other workers in the office at the time. I asked if one was a manager they told me “don’t worry about it we’re on lunch don’t ask us any questions.” Very rude.nnI will never rent with these people again. I would not recommend it if you want to experience competency while renting a vehicle.nnIt’s sad that they would risk repeat business over $100 or less.nnThe only positives about this were that the car was clean and ran well and smelled fine.nnUpdate: good riddance you scammy slimeballs. You won’t be missed
