Had some trouble with renting there. We booked online and all seemed OK, but when we arrived at the dealer, it was closed. Apparently there is a mismatch from what is online and real availability of cars! Luckily we met the owner of a nearby garage in the parking lot, he put us in contact with the rental manager. The manager run to the location and helped us, a really kind person. Still, we had to wait 1h30 for this to unravel. Be careful in renting here and only do so in person or at the phone! Also, expect no help from customer service...

Terrible service! I tried to rent a car and when I arrived I found out my card was declined,I went back the next day and was told the same thing,I had more than enough money in my account so I didn't understand why my card was declined,I asked the girl to swipe my card again and she said it was declined again so I said ok well I will call my Bank and see what the issue is and was told it has nothing to do with your account it's your credit history, I don't understand why I was not told this from the beginning! I called a family member to see if he could help me out with the rental as I knew he had good credit,he called Hertz and was told that if I came back to the office she would work something out with me, I was already halfway home and decided not to go back as they wasted enough of my time,I am very disapointed with the overall experience,I ended up calling Enterprise on East St in Pittsfield and glad I did as they were very helpful and great customer service!

Friendly service. The car was perfect, smelled good, clean. If you're in need of a rental car this is the place to go.
