Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I needed a rental car while my truck was being repaired. I found this location by accident but am thrilled it turned out that way. The staff were amazing. Everything was explained in detail and they answered any questions I had. There was a selection of vehicles to choose from which I liked. The car was clean and ran perfectly. We ended up keeping it for a day or two more than we needed to because he liked it so much. When it came time to pick up some large boxes out of storage and my truck was still not ready, Enterprise came to the rescue. We were able to switch out the Nissan Altima for a spacious Ford Expedition. Once again, a clean vehicle that ran smoothly. We were able to keep the vehicle for a few days more and the staff were more than happy to let us do that with a phone call so we didn't have to return to the office. The cost for the rentals and insurance was more than reasonable and we were very pleased with the vehicles and the service we received. Returning the vehicle was a breeze and within minutes we had our receipt and were on the road. I would return to this location if I need to rent a vehicle in the future. I was so pleased with my experience with Enterprise that I am looking into purchasing one of their well maintained vehicles for sale. Exceptional service, friendly and knowledgeable staff and clean, well maintained vehicles. Ten stars!!!!

Absolutely love this Enterprise!! Courtney and Dominic are AWESOME! I've had several encounters with other Enterprise locations that were horrible. Fast and excellent customer service is ALWAYS a guarantee with them. My now fiancé and I rented a vehicle from this location earlier this month and we were both amazed at how quick our visit ended up being and at how AMAZING the staff is! Courtney and Dominic are very professional, courteous and most of all, genuine! We used to think it to be such a drag to rent a vehicle. I only hope that our next visit to ANY OTHER Enterprise is at least half as amazing as this one was.

All-around excellent. I have used this Enterprise location several times. Their service and professionalism is something that keeps me coming back. Their cars are always clean and still have that new car smell. I will definitely use them again. Great job! BTW, I really didn't want to give the last rental back!

We had a one day rental this week for a day trip to Columbia MO on 3/25/19. Stephen was VERY helpful, efficient and had us on our way in no time. I’ve spent 30-40 minutes at other car rental places to get checked in and be headed out. It took half the time with Enterprise. Car was clean, in good condition, smelled clean and ran flawlessly the whole trip. I plan to return to enterprise on republic road for future rentals.
