Toyota Rent A Car

Car totaled. I couldn't believe it, and was not prepared! The crew at Reliable Collision Center helped me with the business with my car, and then walked me right over to Toyota Rent A Car. Shalimar was already on the phone with the other party's insurance company, preparing everything for me to get a rental car right away. I was so lost and upset, but she was so nice and helped me every step of the way. In no time, I was in a beautiful new Corolla, on my way home. Thanks to Shali for that sweet ride! I loved the Bluetooth and backup camera!!

I've tried dealing with Enterprise and Avis in town, and they were both not only terrible customer service but also overpriced. Toyota was able to help me out with a rental while I got my car worked on, the price was fair, and they made the whole process pretty painless. I was able to rent a car the same day. I would absolutely rent from them again.

I have gotten my services done at Reliable Toyota since I can remember and the last time I went in I was informed that the rental company with Toyota does same day rentals for while your car is in service. I was recently in town for the holidays and rented a Tacoma for the day for my dad. Shalimar and Kelly made the process simple and very quick.
